AWS North America will present a brief introduction to the Standard and the 5 Steps. NWNA will share the tools used to enable sites toward good water stewardship performance. SCS Global Services will discuss how use of the NWNA tools improve the Certification process.

Nestlé Waters North America Inc., Sustainability Analyst
Brandon is responsible for directing implementations of the AWS Standard at all Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) bottling facilities. He has been working with the Standard since 2015 and was integral to the first successful AWS certifications in North America. His experience includes: catchment-context setting, evaluating shared water challenges, developing water stewardship plans, evaluating results, facilitating and engaging stakeholders throughout the process. Prior to joining NWNA, Brandon worked as a hydrogeologic consultant. Brandon has a B.S. in Geology from Missouri State University.
SCS Global Services, Program Manager Water Certification
Rae Mindock is the Program Manager for Water Certifications at SCS Global Services. She has been actively involved with the AWS Standard since its inception and has conducted all phases of AWS activities from pre-assessment to certification management. She is participating in the review of the AWS Standard 2.0. Prior to coming to SCS, Rae's experience included consulting and program management in the environmental and sustainability space within industrial and municipal sectors. Rae has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Alliance for Water Stewardship, North America Program Manager
Dylan is responsible for program development and support related to The Water Council’s sustainability and stewardship initiatives with the Alliance for Water Stewardship North America. This includes management of the Global Water Center’s AWS Standard implementation and water stewardship plan. He also provides research assistance and day-to-day support for AWS North America which includes management of additional projects related to water stewardship strategy and implementation. Dylan has a M.S. in Water Policy & Management from the UW-Milwaukee School of Freshwater Sciences.
