Please join us to learn about the revised AWS Standard Version 2.0. The AWS Standard is the only comprehensive global benchmark for responsible water stewardship which provides guidance to major water users seeking to assure responsible water governance, balance, quality, and healthy water-related sites and values. The Standard can be implemented by water users whether industrial, agricultural or commercial business as a framework to evaluate water-related risk and implement effective water stewardship practices.
AWS is starting the new year with the launch of Version 2.0. The revised Version 2.0 streamlines implementation by reducing repetition, simplifying language and concepts, and providing new restructured guidance. AWS North America and SCS will present a brief introduction to the Standard and focus on how the revised 5 Steps can be used as a continual improvement framework to enable sites toward good water stewardship performance.
